- Appetizer: Petite Beef Wellington
- Soup and Salad: Braised Oxtail with Sherry & Root Vegetables/Belgian Endive in Dill Dressing. Rote Ruben Salat, and Boston lettuce with vinaigrette
- Pasta: Chicken Alfredo
- Entrée: Braised Short Ribs with Roasted Potatoes
- Dessert: White Almond Sour Cream w/Strawberry Filling or Red Velvet with Cream Cheese Filling Cake
